Jeffrey R. Jones, PMP

Founder & CEO, JC Enterprises, LLC

With more than 15 years of experience across the oil & gas, refining, and industrial sectors, Jeffrey Jones brings an unmatched depth of technical and leadership expertise to JC Enterprises. As the founder and CEO, Jeffrey built the firm to deliver reliability-focused engineering services with a strong emphasis on project execution, turnaround support, and mechanical integrity.

Jeffrey’s career includes leading reliability engineering and capital project teams at some of the most complex industrial facilities, including Port Hamilton Refining, Motiva Enterprises, DuPont, and ExxonMobil. He has managed project portfolios exceeding $20 million, designed and implemented strategic execution plans for refinery startups, and developed maintenance strategies that have saved clients tens of millions in operational costs.

What sets Jeffrey apart is his ability to lead in both stable and high-pressure environments. At Limetree Bay, he oversaw the installation of 10MW of generator capacity that led to $20M in annual savings. At Motiva, he rebuilt a struggling engineering team and helped drive it to top-quartile maintenance performance. Across every role, his focus has been consistent: solve problems, empower people, and deliver sustainable results.

Beyond technical execution, Jeffrey is deeply committed to mentorship and community. He actively supports engineering graduates through volunteer service at Lamar University, where he also sits on the Mechanical Engineering Advisory Council. His leadership is grounded in service, and his business philosophy reflects a balance of high-performance standards with hands-on coaching and development.
